After the initial phone interview and exploratory meeting, applicants applying for an instructional position will be contacted again by a member of the recruitment team to schedule:
- An in-person interview with the Principal, which includes a sample lesson with our students; and
- Any follow-up performance tasks and/or interviews, depending on the position for which you are applying.
Applicants who are applying for a non-instructional position will similarly be contacted by a member of the recruitment team to schedule:
- An in-person interview with the Chief Executive Officer or other staff member hiring for the position of interest; and
- Any follow-up performance tasks and/or interviews, depending on the position for which you are applying.
This is an important step, because it allows you to learn more about the school and allows us the opportunity to continue to learn about you. It is possible that you may be asked to participate in another conversation with another one of our leadership team members prior to learning about a hiring decision.
